“The Clever Way To Sell Or Spruce up Your Home”.

You never get a second chance to make a good  First Impression.

It’s a well-known fact that a staged home can help sell your home faster and for a better price versus homes that are not. Home staging is one of those investments that will give you “bang for your buck”. “You can apply the same service even if you’re not selling”  it’s a great way to clear out your home and have it like a brand you space

What is home staging? And what homes will benefit from it?

In short terms, it means that we prepare and present your home no matter the size in the best possible way so that buyers can see its true potential and envision themselves living already in your kitchen, living room, or fact in your bathroom taking a bath. In general home staging puts a lot of focus on the layout,  free space, accessories,  furnishings, and what’s in your cupboards, people like to look inside your cupboards and Kitchen press units to see if they can fit their belongings,  and if yours are brimming over then the buyer thinks “not much storage in this home”!, Home staging is not a trick it’s just a clever way to let buyers see that they could live in your space.

How does it work?

Inspecting

The first step that we do in our staging process is to do a walk-through evaluation of the home you want to sell. After that, with the info that we gather, we can make a list of all the recommendations be it sourcing rental furnishings or redecorating and painting some areas that are required to stage your property properly,  you of course hold the budget strings and we can do as little or as much as you feel you want to invest.

The Staging

Following this, we come to your home and start the process. We start implementing everything we agreed and transform the space depending on how many rooms we are doing will depend on how long the fit-out will take.

Selling point

A final check is done to see if the home is market-ready and of our showhouse standard and then we’re good to go.
